Jeho \u00fakolem nen\u00ed p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et velk\u00e9 s\u00edly jako \u0161roub, ale p\u0159esn\u011b <strong>polohovat dva d\u00edly v\u016f\u010di sob\u011b<\/strong> &ndash; typicky v\u00edko v\u016f\u010di t\u011blesu, p\u0159\u00edrubu v\u016f\u010di sk\u0159\u00edni nebo n\u00e1stroj v up\u00edna\u010di. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k funkci kol\u00edku je spr\u00e1vn\u011b zvolen\u00e9 <strong>pole tolerance pr\u016fm\u011bru<\/strong>, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b ono rozhoduje, zda kol\u00edk v d\u00ed\u0159e dr\u017e\u00ed pevn\u011b, nebo zda se d\u00e1 vyjmout rukou. Tento v\u00fdklad shrnuje, co norma DIN 7 (mezin\u00e1rodn\u011b <strong>ISO 2338<\/strong>) p\u0159edepisuje, jak se li\u0161\u00ed tolerance <strong>m6<\/strong> a <strong>h8<\/strong> a jak podle nich volit ulo\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co norma DIN 7 popisuje<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 7 specifikuje <strong>v\u00e1lcov\u00e9 (paraleln\u00ed) kol\u00edky<\/strong> z nekalen\u00e9 oceli a austenitick\u00e9 nerezov\u00e9 oceli. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm ekvivalentem je <strong>ISO 2338<\/strong>; v \u010desk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 tato norma \u0159ad\u011b \u010cSN 02 2150. Rozsah jmenovit\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f je \u0161irok\u00fd &ndash; od 0,6&nbsp;mm a\u017e po 50&nbsp;mm. Na rozd\u00edl od ku\u017eelov\u00fdch kol\u00edk\u016f (DIN 1) m\u00e1 v\u00e1lcov\u00fd kol\u00edk po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce konstantn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br, co\u017e zjednodu\u0161uje v\u00fdrobu d\u00edry: sta\u010d\u00ed ji vyvrtat a vystru\u017eit na po\u017eadovan\u00fd rozm\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>Kol\u00edk m\u00e1 na obou konc\u00edch zkosen\u00ed (sra\u017een\u00ed) ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako <strong>c<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 usnad\u0148uje zaveden\u00ed do d\u00edry a zabra\u0148uje ot\u0159ep\u016fm. Sra\u017een\u00ed roste se jmenovit\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem &ndash; od p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 0,12&nbsp;mm u nejmen\u0161\u00edch kol\u00edk\u016f po 1,5&nbsp;mm u kol\u00edku pr\u016fm\u011bru 10&nbsp;mm.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee kol\u00edk DIN 7 je <strong>nekalen\u00fd<\/strong>. To z n\u011bj d\u011bl\u00e1 levn\u00fd a snadno opracovateln\u00fd prvek vhodn\u00fd pro ustaven\u00ed, ale nikoli pro p\u0159enos r\u00e1zov\u00fdch sil ani pro funkci \u0159ezn\u00e9ho \u010di ot\u011bruvzdorn\u00e9ho \u010depu &ndash; pro takov\u00e9 aplikace existuj\u00ed kalen\u00e9 varianty (nap\u0159. kol\u00edky podle ISO 8734). U b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho polohov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f ve strojn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00edni, p\u0159\u00edpravku nebo p\u0159\u00edrub\u011b je v\u0161ak nekalen\u00fd v\u00e1lcov\u00fd kol\u00edk standardn\u00ed a pln\u011b dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed volbou. D\u00e9lka kol\u00edku se podle normy m\u011b\u0159\u00ed p\u0159es v\u00e1lcovou \u010d\u00e1st a sra\u017een\u00ed do jmenovit\u00e9 d\u00e9lky nezasahuje, co\u017e je t\u0159eba zohlednit p\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu hloubky d\u00edry.<\/p>\n<h2>Pole tolerance m6 a h8 &ndash; v \u010dem je rozd\u00edl<\/h2>\n<p>Norma DIN 7 \/ ISO 2338 nab\u00edz\u00ed kol\u00edky zpravidla ve dvou toleran\u010dn\u00edch pol\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011bru &ndash; <strong>m6<\/strong> a <strong>h8<\/strong>. Ob\u011b se li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, kde le\u017e\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fd rozm\u011br kol\u00edku v\u016f\u010di jmenovit\u00e9mu pr\u016fm\u011bru:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>m6<\/strong> &ndash; toleran\u010dn\u00ed pole je posunut\u00e9 <em>do plusu<\/em>, kol\u00edk je tedy m\u00edrn\u011b &bdquo;p\u0159es m\u00edru&ldquo;. Pou\u017eije se do d\u00edry, ve kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 kol\u00edk sed\u011bt s <strong>p\u0159esahem (tlakem)<\/strong>. Po zalisov\u00e1n\u00ed dr\u017e\u00ed s\u00e1m a nevypadne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>h8<\/strong> &ndash; toleran\u010dn\u00ed pole le\u017e\u00ed <em>od jmenovit\u00e9ho rozm\u011bru do m\u00ednusu<\/em>, kol\u00edk je tedy o n\u011bco men\u0161\u00ed. Hod\u00ed se tam, kde je pot\u0159eba <strong>voln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ulo\u017een\u00ed<\/strong> nebo kde kol\u00edk slou\u017e\u00ed jako \u010dep, kter\u00fd se m\u00e1 d\u00e1t vyjmout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pole h8 je nav\u00edc \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed (m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e9) ne\u017e m6, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed pro m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00edcov\u00e1n\u00ed. U p\u0159esn\u00fdch ustavovac\u00edch spoj\u016f je proto b\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed varianta m6 lisovan\u00e1 do vystru\u017een\u00e9 d\u00edry H7.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozm\u011brov\u00e1 tabulka toleranc\u00ed m6 a h8<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z ISO 2338 (DIN 7) a ud\u00e1vaj\u00ed horn\u00ed a doln\u00ed mezn\u00ed rozm\u011br skute\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011bru kol\u00edku v milimetrech. Praxe je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pevn\u00e9 ustaven\u00ed (p\u0159esah):<\/strong> kol\u00edk <strong>m6<\/strong> do d\u00edry vystru\u017een\u00e9 na <strong>H7<\/strong>. Vznikne m\u00edrn\u00fd p\u0159esah, kol\u00edk se zalisuje a po smontov\u00e1n\u00ed spolehliv\u011b fixuje vz\u00e1jemnou polohu d\u00edl\u016f. Toto je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed volba pro ustavovac\u00ed kol\u00edky v p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch a strojn\u00edch sk\u0159\u00edn\u00edch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Posuvn\u00e9 \/ vyj\u00edmateln\u00e9 ulo\u017een\u00ed:<\/strong> kol\u00edk <strong>h8<\/strong> do d\u00edry H7 nebo H8, kde m\u00e1 fungovat jako vodic\u00ed \u010dep nebo se m\u00e1 d\u00e1t vyt\u00e1hnout.
