Z tohoto d\u016fvodu se s n\u00ed setk\u00e1te v\u0161ude, kde z konstrukce vy\u010dn\u00edv\u00e1 konec \u0161roubu nebo z\u00e1vitov\u00e9 ty\u010de a kde je pot\u0159eba zabr\u00e1nit poran\u011bn\u00ed, zachyt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u010distot nebo prost\u011b jen schovat ostr\u00fd o\u0159ez z\u00e1vitu.<\/p>\n<p>V tomto v\u00fdkladu shrneme, co norma DIN 1587 definuje, jak\u00e9 jsou rozm\u011bry v b\u011b\u017en\u011b skladovan\u00fdch velikostech, z jak\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f a t\u0159\u00edd pevnosti se matice vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed a na co si d\u00e1t p\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei pozor.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je klobou\u010dkov\u00e1 matice DIN 1587<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 1587 popisuje \u0161estihrannou matici s uzav\u0159enou kupolovitou (klenutou) hlavou, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed profil ne\u017e n\u00edzk\u00e1 varianta. Spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st tvo\u0159\u00ed klasick\u00fd metrick\u00fd z\u00e1vit, horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st je slep\u00e1 a uzav\u0159en\u00e1 do obl\u00e9 \u201e\u010depi\u010dky\u201c. Z\u00e1vit tedy nepokra\u010duje skrz \u2013 matice se na\u0161roubuje na konec \u0161roubu nebo <a href=\"\/p\/zavitova-tyc-m-8-x1000-l-din-975-a4\/\">z\u00e1vitov\u00e9 ty\u010de<\/a> a d\u00e1le u\u017e nelze pokra\u010dovat, proto\u017ee dno klobouku tvo\u0159\u00ed doraz.<\/p>\n<p>Norma se t\u00fdk\u00e1 rozm\u011br\u016f a proveden\u00ed; metrick\u00fd z\u00e1vit odpov\u00edd\u00e1 toleranci <strong>6H<\/strong> dle ISO. Pro n\u00edzk\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00e9 matice existuje p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e1 norma DIN 1587 ve variant\u011b, kterou v\u00fdrobci ozna\u010duj\u00ed jako vysok\u00e9 proveden\u00ed (high type) \u2013 pr\u00e1v\u011b to je ta b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 \u201ekloboukov\u00e1\u201c matice s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm klenut\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozm\u011brov\u00e1 tabulka (b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 velikosti)<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty vych\u00e1zej\u00ed ze specifikac\u00ed DIN 1587 (vysok\u00e9 proveden\u00ed). <em>s<\/em> je velikost kl\u00ed\u010de (rozm\u011br p\u0159es plochy \u0161estihranu), <em>h<\/em> je celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka matice v\u010detn\u011b klenut\u00e9 \u010depi\u010dky.
