V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku shrnujeme, co norma DIN 571 p\u0159esn\u011b definuje, jak\u00e9 jsou rozm\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159ady, jak se vrut m\u011b\u0159\u00ed a na co db\u00e1t p\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei, aby spoj dr\u017eel a nedo\u0161lo k jeho po\u0161kozen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co norma DIN 571 definuje<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 571 popisuje vruty do d\u0159eva se \u0161estihrannou hlavou (anglicky hexagon head wood screws, v praxi \u010dasto \u201epodstavcov\u00e9 vruty&#8220; nebo lidov\u011b \u201evruty s hlavou na kl\u00ed\u010d&#8220;). Charakteristick\u00e9 znaky jsou:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0160estihrann\u00e1 hlava<\/strong> dotahovan\u00e1 ploch\u00fdm kl\u00ed\u010dem nebo o\u0159echem (vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0161estihran).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ostr\u00e1 \u0161pi\u010dka<\/strong> usnad\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed zaveden\u00ed do p\u0159edvrtan\u00e9ho otvoru.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hrub\u00fd d\u0159evn\u00fd (vrutov\u00fd) z\u00e1vit<\/strong>, typicky jako <em>\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1vit<\/em> \u2013 z\u00e1vit nevyb\u00edh\u00e1 a\u017e pod hlavu, hladk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st d\u0159\u00edku pod hlavou pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159it\u00e1hnout spojovan\u00e9 d\u00edly k sob\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Profil z\u00e1vitu u DIN 571 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 z\u00e1vitu podle <strong>DIN 7998<\/strong> (z\u00e1vit pro vruty do d\u0159eva), nikoliv metrick\u00e9mu strojn\u00edmu z\u00e1vitu.
