V technick\u00e9 praxi se s n\u00ed setk\u00e1te v\u0161ude tam, kde je pot\u0159eba rychl\u00e1 mont\u00e1\u017e bez dodate\u010dn\u00e9 podlo\u017eky, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed dosedac\u00ed plocha na m\u011bk\u010d\u00ed materi\u00e1l nebo zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spoje proti samovoln\u00e9mu povolen\u00ed. Tento v\u00fdklad shrnuje, co norma DIN 6923 stanovuje, jak\u00e9 jsou rozm\u011bry, jakosti a materi\u00e1ly, jak se li\u0161\u00ed ozuben\u00e9 a hladk\u00e9 proveden\u00ed a na co d\u00e1t pozor p\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei.<\/p>\n<h2>Co stanovuje norma DIN 6923<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 6923 popisuje <strong>\u0161estihrann\u00e9 matice s p\u0159\u00edrubou (l\u00edmcem)<\/strong> v metrick\u00e9m proveden\u00ed. Norma definuje geometrii matice: velikost kl\u00ed\u010de (\u0161\u00ed\u0159ku p\u0159es plochy), v\u00fd\u0161ku matice, vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br p\u0159\u00edruby a dosedac\u00ed plochu. Na evropsk\u00e9 \u00farovni byla harmonizov\u00e1na normou <strong>EN 1661<\/strong> (dnes vedena jako DIN EN 1661) a ISO ekvivalentem je <strong>ISO 4161<\/strong>. V \u010desk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed j\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 <strong>\u010cSN 82168<\/strong>. Pro n\u00e1kup je podstatn\u00e9, \u017ee DIN 6923, EN 1661 i ISO 4161 maj\u00ed pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 rozm\u011bry prakticky shodnou \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku p\u0159es plochy i pr\u016fm\u011br p\u0159\u00edruby, tak\u017ee jsou ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b aplikac\u00ed zam\u011bniteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>DIN 6923 zahrnuje proveden\u00ed <strong>s ozubenou p\u0159\u00edrubou i s hladkou p\u0159\u00edrubou<\/strong>. Ozuben\u00e9 proveden\u00ed (\u010dasto zna\u010den\u00e9 jako varianta s vroubkov\u00e1n\u00edm, ozuben\u00edm nebo \u201eSP&#8220;) m\u00e1 na dosedac\u00ed stran\u011b l\u00edmce drobn\u00e9 radi\u00e1ln\u00ed zoubky, kter\u00e9 se po dota\u017een\u00ed zakousnou do dosedac\u00edho materi\u00e1lu a vytvo\u0159\u00ed mechanick\u00e9 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti pooto\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozm\u011bry p\u0159\u00edrubov\u00fdch matic DIN 6923<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed tabulka uv\u00e1d\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 rozm\u011bry pro nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metrick\u00e9 velikosti.
