P\u0159\u00edruba pln\u00ed funkci podlo\u017eky &ndash; rozn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtla\u010dnou s\u00edlu na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed plochu a u ozuben\u00e9 varianty z\u00e1rove\u0148 zaji\u0161\u0165uje spoj proti samovoln\u00e9mu povolen\u00ed. Pro technika, n\u00e1kup\u010d\u00edho nebo \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159e to znamen\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b d\u00edl\u016f na mont\u00e1\u017e, rychlej\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci a \u010dasto spolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spoj v provozech s vibracemi. V tomto v\u00fdkladu si projdeme normu, rozm\u011bry, jakosti i hranice pou\u017eitelnosti ozuben\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co norma DIN 6921 popisuje<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 6921 definuje \u0161estihrann\u00fd \u0161roub s p\u0159\u00edrubou (anglicky <em>hexagon flange bolt<\/em>) v metrick\u00e9m proveden\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edruba je zplo\u0161t\u011bl\u00e1 kruhov\u00e1 podlo\u017eka tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00ed jeden celek s hlavou \u0161roubu, tak\u017ee odpad\u00e1 nutnost zakl\u00e1dat samostatnou plochou podlo\u017eku. \u0160roub se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ve dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch proveden\u00edch dosedac\u00ed plochy p\u0159\u00edruby:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S ozubenou (r\u00fdhovanou) p\u0159\u00edrubou<\/strong> &ndash; spodn\u00ed strana l\u00edmce nese drobn\u00e9 radi\u00e1ln\u00ed zoubky, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159i dota\u017een\u00ed zakousnou do dosedac\u00edho povrchu a br\u00e1n\u00ed pooto\u010den\u00ed vlivem vibrac\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S hladkou p\u0159\u00edrubou<\/strong> &ndash; bez zoubk\u016f; pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se tam, kde nesm\u00ed doj\u00edt k po\u0161kozen\u00ed dosedac\u00ed plochy (pohledov\u00e9 \u010di povlakovan\u00e9 d\u00edly).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIN 6921 byla v evropsk\u00e9 normalizaci nahrazena normou <strong>EN 1665<\/strong>. Rozm\u011bry obou norem nejsou pln\u011b toto\u017en\u00e9: u EN 1665 se proti DIN 6921 zm\u011bnily v\u00fd\u0161ky hlavy a u n\u011bkter\u00fdch rozm\u011br\u016f (M10, M12, M14, M16, M20) i velikost kl\u00ed\u010de (rozm\u011br p\u0159es plochy). Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma <strong>ISO 4162<\/strong> popisuje obdobn\u00fd \u0161roub, ale s men\u0161\u00edmi hlavov\u00fdmi rozm\u011bry a men\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem p\u0159\u00edruby ne\u017e DIN 6921. P\u0159i objedn\u00e1vce n\u00e1hrady proto v\u017edy ov\u011b\u0159te, podle kter\u00e9 normy je vyrobena st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st &ndash; zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli velikosti kl\u00ed\u010de a pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u0159\u00edruby.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozm\u011brov\u00e1 tabulka DIN 6921<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00ed hodnoty vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z katalogov\u00fdch rozm\u011brov\u00fdch list\u016f v\u00fdrobc\u016f spojovac\u00edho materi\u00e1lu pro DIN 6921 (v milimetrech). Z\u00e1vit je metrick\u00fd s hrub\u00fdm stoup\u00e1n\u00edm; jemn\u00fd z\u00e1vit je u tohoto typu sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fd a u n\u00e1stupnick\u00e9 EN 1665 se neuv\u00e1d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jakosti a materi\u00e1ly<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 6921 p\u0159\u00edrubov\u00e9 \u0161rouby se dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve dvou hlavn\u00edch lini\u00edch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ocelov\u00e9, pevnostn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy 8.8 a 10.9<\/strong> &ndash; obvykle s povrchovou \u00fapravou (galvanick\u00fd zinek). Vhodn\u00e9 pro strojn\u00ed a konstruk\u010dn\u00ed spoje s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1roky na p\u0159edp\u011bt\u00ed. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda 10.9 nab\u00edz\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mez kluzu, ale je citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 dota\u017een\u00ed a korozn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nerezov\u00e9 A2 a A4<\/strong> &ndash; austenitick\u00e1 korozivzdorn\u00e1 ocel. <strong>A2<\/strong> (typicky 1.4301) je vhodn\u00e1 do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho venkovn\u00edho a vnit\u0159n\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, <strong>A4<\/strong> (typicky 1.4401\/1.4404) je odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u016f\u010di chlorid\u016fm a hod\u00ed se do p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00e9ho, baz\u00e9nov\u00e9ho a chemicky zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
