Um\u011bt ho p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst se vyplat\u00ed: vyhnete se z\u00e1m\u011bn\u011b levn\u00e9ho \u0161roubu za vysokopevnostn\u00ed, ov\u011b\u0159\u00edte si p\u016fvod d\u00edlu a zvol\u00edte spr\u00e1vnou matici i utahovac\u00ed moment. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si projdeme, co jednotliv\u00e9 znaky znamenaj\u00ed u ocelov\u00fdch i nerezov\u00fdch \u0161roub\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Pevnostn\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda u ocelov\u00fdch \u0161roub\u016f: 8.8, 10.9, 12.9<\/h2>\n<p>U ocelov\u00fdch \u0161roub\u016f se podle normy ISO 898-1 raz\u00ed na hlavu dvoj\u010d\u00edsl\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00e9 te\u010dkou, nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>8.8<\/strong>, <strong>10.9<\/strong> nebo <strong>12.9<\/strong>. Toto zna\u010den\u00ed nen\u00ed libovoln\u00e9 &ndash; ob\u011b \u010d\u00edsla maj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00fd v\u00fdznam:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo &times; 100<\/strong> = jmenovit\u00e1 mez pevnosti v tahu (MPa). Nap\u0159. u 8.8 to je 800 MPa, u 10.9 je to 1000 MPa (minim\u00e1ln\u00ed pevnost 1040 MPa), u 12.9 je to 1200 MPa (min. 1220 MPa).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo &times; 10<\/strong> = pom\u011br meze kluzu k mezi pevnosti v procentech. A2 je austenitick\u00e1 nerez bez molybdenu (typicky 1.4301 \/ AISI 304), A4 je nerez s molybdenem (typicky 1.4401 \/ AISI 316), v\u00fdrazn\u011b odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u016f\u010di chloridov\u00e9 korozi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u010c\u00edslo za poml\u010dkou (70, 80)<\/strong> &ndash; t\u0159\u00edda pevnosti. U oceli jde o dvoj\u010d\u00edsl\u00ed s te\u010dkou a pom\u011brov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem, u nerezu o pevnost v des\u00edtk\u00e1ch MPa.<\/p>\n<h2>Zna\u010dka v\u00fdrobce<\/h2>\n<p>Vedle pevnostn\u00edho zna\u010den\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt na hlav\u011b podle normy tak\u00e9 <strong>identifika\u010dn\u00ed zna\u010dka v\u00fdrobce<\/strong> &ndash; logo, zkratka nebo symbol. Slou\u017e\u00ed k dohledatelnosti (traceability): umo\u017e\u0148uje zp\u011btn\u011b ur\u010dit, kdo d\u00edl vyrobil, a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b reklamace nebo hav\u00e1rie dohledat v\u00fdrobn\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ei. Anonymn\u00ed \u0161roub bez zna\u010dky v\u00fdrobce je sign\u00e1l nejist\u00e9 kvality &ndash; u zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f se nevyskytuje.<\/p>\n<h2>Radi\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1rky a takzvan\u00e9 hodinov\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>U <strong>palcov\u00fdch (SAE) \u0161roub\u016f<\/strong> se pevnost neuv\u00e1d\u00ed \u010d\u00edslem, ale soustavou <strong>radi\u00e1ln\u00edch \u010d\u00e1rek<\/strong> vyra\u017een\u00fdch na hlav\u011b &ndash; \u010d\u00e1rky vedou od st\u0159edu k okraji. Plat\u00ed pravidlo: po\u010det \u010d\u00e1rek je o 2 men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e stupe\u0148 (grade). Tedy 3 \u010d\u00e1rky = Grade 5, 6 \u010d\u00e1rek = Grade 8, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1rka = Grade 2. <strong>Metrick\u00e9 \u0161rouby (ISO) tento syst\u00e9m nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed<\/strong> &ndash; ty se zna\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00edsly (8.8, 10.9 atd.). Pokud tedy na hlav\u011b vid\u00edte \u010d\u00e1rky m\u00edsto \u010d\u00edsel, m\u00e1te p\u0159ed sebou palcov\u00fd \u0161roub.<\/p>\n<p>Takzvan\u00e9 <strong>hodinov\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> (\u010d\u00e1rka v poloze odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00edslu na cifern\u00edku) se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 u <strong>matic<\/strong>, nikoli u \u0161roub\u016f &ndash; nap\u0159. \u010d\u00e1rka v poloze 8 hodin u matice Grade 8. U metrick\u00fdch matic se ale pevnost obvykle uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u010d\u00edslem.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ipka a sm\u011brov\u00e9 zna\u010dky<\/h2>\n<p>U n\u011bkter\u00fdch specifick\u00fdch spojovac\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f se m\u016f\u017eete setkat se <strong>\u0161ipkou<\/strong> nebo sm\u011brovou ryskou &ndash; ta indikuje nap\u0159\u00edklad sm\u011br mont\u00e1\u017ee, polohu jaz\u00fd\u010dku, orientaci u d\u00edl\u016f citliv\u00fdch na sm\u011br (nap\u0159. n\u011bkter\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 nebo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed matice a podlo\u017eky) nebo sm\u011br ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed u d\u00edl\u016f s lev\u00fdm z\u00e1vitem.
