V tomto v\u00fdkladu shrneme, co norma DIN 444 specifikuje, jak\u00e9 jsou rozm\u011bry a jakosti a na co si d\u00e1t pozor p\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei a manipulaci.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je DIN 444 a k \u010demu slou\u017e\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 444 je n\u011bmeck\u00e1 norma definuj\u00edc\u00ed rozm\u011bry a proveden\u00ed <strong>\u0161roubu s okem<\/strong> (n\u011bm. <em>Augenschraube<\/em>, angl. <em>eye bolt<\/em>) s metrick\u00fdm z\u00e1vitem. Jedn\u00e1 se o \u0161roub, jeho\u017e hlava je nahrazena uzav\u0159en\u00fdm okem (krou\u017ekem). Oko slou\u017e\u00ed jako \u00fachytn\u00fd bod &ndash; navl\u00e9k\u00e1 se p\u0159es n\u011bj lano, \u0159et\u011bz, h\u00e1k, karabina nebo se p\u0159es oko vede t\u00e1hlo. St\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed je v <strong>tahov\u00fdch a vodic\u00edch aplikac\u00edch<\/strong>: nap\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed lan, kotven\u00ed pru\u017ein, zav\u011b\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed veden\u00ed, fixace kryt\u016f nebo jako pevn\u00fd oko-bod ve strojn\u00edch sestav\u00e1ch a p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Norma vymezuje geometrii oka i z\u00e1vitov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, tolerance a vztah d\u00e9lky z\u00e1vitu k celkov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce d\u0159\u00edku. \u0160roub s okem DIN 444 se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ve dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch proveden\u00edch (forma A a forma B) a v podvariant\u011b s dlouh\u00fdm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b cel\u00fdm z\u00e1vitem (LB). Pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s dal\u0161\u00edmi normami spojovac\u00edho materi\u00e1lu se vyplat\u00ed m\u00edt po ruce <a href=\"\/blog\/din-iso-csn-prevodnik-norem\/\">p\u0159evodn\u00edk norem DIN\/ISO\/\u010cSN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Proveden\u00ed A a B s dlouh\u00fdm z\u00e1vitem<\/h2>\n<p>Norma DIN 444 rozli\u0161uje proveden\u00ed podle tvaru a rozm\u011br\u016f oka a podle d\u00e9lky z\u00e1vitu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proveden\u00ed A<\/strong> &ndash; varianta s odli\u0161n\u00fdmi minim\u00e1ln\u00edmi rozm\u011bry oka (tlou\u0161\u0165ka <em>s<\/em>, polom\u011br <em>r<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proveden\u00ed B<\/strong> &ndash; nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bji skladovan\u00e1 a popt\u00e1van\u00e1 varianta; pod okem m\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st hladk\u00e9ho d\u0159\u00edku a navazuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1vit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proveden\u00ed LB (long thread \/ celoz\u00e1vit)<\/strong> &ndash; \u0161roub s okem s dlouh\u00fdm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b cel\u00fdm z\u00e1vitem a\u017e k oku.
