Na prvn\u00ed pohled vypadaj\u00ed stejn\u011b &ndash; ob\u011b maj\u00ed \u0161estihrannou hlavu &ndash; z\u00e1sadn\u011b se ale li\u0161\u00ed v proveden\u00ed z\u00e1vitu. Tento rozd\u00edl rozhoduje o tom, kter\u00fd z nich je pro danou aplikaci ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si vysv\u011btl\u00edme rozd\u00edly, ISO ekvivalenty i to, kdy s\u00e1hnout po pln\u00e9m z\u00e1vitu a kdy po d\u0159\u00edku.<\/p>\n<h2>Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl: z\u00e1vit po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce vs d\u0159\u00edk<\/h2>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd rozd\u00edl je jednoduch\u00fd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DIN 933<\/strong> &ndash; \u0161roub se \u0161estihrannou hlavou a <strong>z\u00e1vitem po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce d\u0159\u00edku<\/strong> (pln\u00fd z\u00e1vit, anglicky <em>full thread<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>DIN 931<\/strong> &ndash; \u0161roub se \u0161estihrannou hlavou a <strong>\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fdm z\u00e1vitem<\/strong>, tedy s hladk\u00fdm nez\u00e1vitov\u00fdm d\u0159\u00edkem mezi hlavou a z\u00e1vitovou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed (anglicky <em>partial thread<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U DIN 931 nen\u00ed d\u00e9lka z\u00e1vitu konstantn\u00ed, ale \u0159\u00edd\u00ed se d\u00e9lkou \u0161roubu. U DIN 933 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd hladk\u00fd d\u0159\u00edk nen\u00ed &ndash; z\u00e1vit jde a\u017e k hlav\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>ISO ekvivalenty: DIN 933 = ISO 4017, DIN 931 = ISO 4014<\/h2>\n<p>Ob\u011b n\u011bmeck\u00e9 normy DIN byly nahrazeny mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi ekvivalenty. D\u0159\u00edk funguje jako pevn\u00fd kol\u00edk a je tu\u017e\u0161\u00ed a odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u016f\u010di deformaci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veden\u00ed a ustaven\u00ed<\/strong> &ndash; hladk\u00fd d\u0159\u00edk umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159esn\u00e9 prostr\u010den\u00ed otvory a slou\u017e\u00ed jako vodic\u00ed prvek p\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIN 931 je proto typickou volbou pro ocelov\u00e9 konstrukce, strojn\u00ed r\u00e1my, lo\u017eiskov\u00e9 domky a obecn\u011b spoje nam\u00e1han\u00e9 st\u0159ihem. Pro takov\u00e9 aplikace b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v nerezov\u00e9m proveden\u00ed k dispozici <a href=\"\/p\/srouby-se-sestihrannou-hlavou-s-drikem-din-931-a2\/\">\u0161rouby DIN 931 z nerezu A2<\/a> i odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"\/p\/srouby-s-sestihrannou-hlavou-s-drikem-din-931-a4\/\">varianta DIN 931 v nerezu A4<\/a> pro korozn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy pou\u017e\u00edt DIN 933 (pln\u00fd z\u00e1vit)<\/h2>\n<p>Pln\u00fd z\u00e1vit DIN 933 se hod\u00ed tam, kde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>chcete maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed flexibilitu polohy matice &ndash; matici lze dot\u00e1hnout v libovoln\u00e9 poloze po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce,<\/li>\n<li>tlou\u0161\u0165ka spojovan\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu je prom\u011bnn\u00e1 nebo p\u0159edem nezn\u00e1m\u00e1,<\/li>\n<li>spoj je nam\u00e1h\u00e1n prim\u00e1rn\u011b tahem (osov\u011b), nikoli st\u0159ihem,<\/li>\n<li>chcete vyu\u017e\u00edt celou d\u00e9lku \u0161roubu pro z\u00e1b\u011br z\u00e1vitu (nap\u0159. kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 \u0161rouby).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIN 933 je univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed &bdquo;pracant&ldquo; pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017ee. V nerezov\u00e9m proveden\u00ed jsou velmi \u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9 <a href=\"\/p\/srouby-s-sestihrannou-hlavou-s-drazkou-din-933-a2\/\">\u0161rouby DIN 933 z nerezu A2<\/a>. D\u00e9lka z\u00e1vitu (b) roste s d\u00e9lkou \u0161roubu, jak ukazuje tabulka v\u00fd\u0161e &ndash; u dlouh\u00fdch \u0161roub\u016f je proto k dispozici del\u0161\u00ed hladk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st. Pokud pot\u0159ebujete, aby z\u00e1vit zasahoval do spoje jen minim\u00e1ln\u011b, vyberte \u0161roub o vhodn\u00e9 d\u00e9lce tak, aby tlou\u0161\u0165ka spojovan\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f odpov\u00eddala hladk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti d\u0159\u00edku. Naopak u DIN 933 si t\u00edmto nemus\u00edte l\u00e1mat hlavu &ndash; matici dot\u00e1hnete kdekoliv, proto\u017ee z\u00e1vit jde po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i kombinaci se spojovac\u00edmi d\u00edly nezapome\u0148te na odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed ploch\u00e9 podlo\u017eky, kter\u00e9 pod hlavou i pod matic\u00ed rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed tlak a chr\u00e1n\u00ed povrch spojovan\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. V tahov\u00fdch spoj\u00edch pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zachovat p\u0159edp\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby p\u0159i z\u00e1m\u011bn\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>Typickou chybou je pou\u017eit\u00ed pln\u011b z\u00e1vitov\u00e9ho DIN 933 v siln\u011b smykov\u011b nam\u00e1han\u00e9m spoji (nap\u0159. v ocelov\u00e9 konstrukci), kde by se m\u011bl uplatnit d\u0159\u00edk DIN 931. Z\u00e1vit v rovin\u011b st\u0159ihu m\u00e1 men\u0161\u00ed nosn\u00fd pr\u016f\u0159ez a ostr\u00e9 dno zub\u016f p\u016fsob\u00ed jako vrub, co\u017e sni\u017euje \u00fanavovou pevnost. Naopak zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed DIN 931 tam, kde sta\u010d\u00ed DIN 933, prodra\u017euje spoj a komplikuje mont\u00e1\u017e u prom\u011bnn\u00fdch tlou\u0161t\u011bk materi\u00e1lu. V\u017edy proto vych\u00e1zejte z charakteru zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Shrnut\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 933 (= ISO 4017) m\u00e1 z\u00e1vit po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce a hod\u00ed se pro tahov\u00e9 a univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed spoje. DIN 931 (= ISO 4014) m\u00e1 hladk\u00fd d\u0159\u00edk a vynik\u00e1 u spoj\u016f nam\u00e1han\u00fdch st\u0159ihem a tam, kde je pot\u0159eba p\u0159esn\u00e9 veden\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru zva\u017ete druh nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed, tlou\u0161\u0165ku materi\u00e1lu a korozn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (A2 vs A4).
