Jeho hlavn\u00ed p\u0159ednost\u00ed je, \u017ee se vsad\u00ed do jednodu\u0161e vyvrtan\u00e9 d\u00edry bez nutnosti p\u0159esn\u00e9ho vystru\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed &ndash; kol\u00edk se s\u00e1m p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00ed toleranci d\u00edry a p\u0159edp\u011bt\u00edm v n\u00ed dr\u017e\u00ed silou pru\u017einy. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si vylo\u017e\u00edme, co norma DIN 1481 p\u0159esn\u011b definuje, jak\u00e9 jsou rozm\u011bry, tolerance d\u00edry a jak kol\u00edk spr\u00e1vn\u011b ulo\u017eit, aby spoj spolehliv\u011b plnil svou funkci.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je pru\u017en\u00fd roz\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd kol\u00edk podle DIN 1481<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 1481 popisuje <strong>pru\u017en\u00fd (roz\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd) kol\u00edk t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho proveden\u00ed<\/strong> &ndash; anglicky slotted spring pin nebo roll pin. Jde o dut\u00fd v\u00e1lcov\u00fd kol\u00edk vyroben\u00fd z p\u00e1su pru\u017einov\u00e9 oceli, kter\u00fd je po cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce pod\u00e9ln\u011b roz\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd (dr\u00e1\u017eka tvaru U\/V). Ve voln\u00e9m stavu m\u00e1 kol\u00edk o n\u011bco <strong>v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br, ne\u017e je jmenovit\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br d\u00edry<\/strong>. P\u0159i zatlu\u010den\u00ed se pr\u016fm\u011br kol\u00edku stla\u010d\u00ed, dr\u00e1\u017eka se p\u0159iv\u0159e a kol\u00edk se v d\u00ed\u0159e rozep\u0159e vlastn\u00ed pru\u017enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky tomuto principu odpad\u00e1 pot\u0159eba p\u0159esn\u00e9ho obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed otvoru &ndash; posta\u010d\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyvrtan\u00e1 d\u00edra. Kol\u00edk kompenzuje v\u00fdrobn\u00ed nep\u0159esnosti d\u00edry a po vsazen\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 trvale p\u0159edepnut\u00fd, tak\u017ee odol\u00e1v\u00e1 vibrac\u00edm a r\u00e1z\u016fm l\u00e9pe ne\u017e kol\u00edk v\u00e1lcov\u00fd hladk\u00fd. Norma DIN 1481 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed norm\u011b <strong>ISO 8752<\/strong> (dnes se setk\u00e1te i s ozna\u010den\u00edm DIN EN ISO 8752) a \u010desk\u00e9 norm\u011b <strong>\u010cSN 02 2156<\/strong>. ISO 8752 normu DIN 1481 fakticky nahrazuje, v praxi i v kataloz\u00edch se v\u0161ak zna\u010den\u00ed DIN 1481 st\u00e1le b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako synonymum.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozm\u011bry a rozm\u011brov\u00e1 \u0159ada<\/h2>\n<p>Norma definuje pro ka\u017edou velikost tyto z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rozm\u011brov\u00e9 znaky:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>d1<\/strong> &ndash; jmenovit\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br kol\u00edku (= jmenovit\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br d\u00edry); ve voln\u00e9m stavu je skute\u010dn\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br o n\u011bco v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li><strong>l<\/strong> &ndash; d\u00e9lka kol\u00edku,<\/li>\n<li><strong>a<\/strong> &ndash; zkosen\u00ed (n\u00e1b\u011bt) na konc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 usnad\u0148uje zaveden\u00ed kol\u00edku do d\u00edry,<\/li>\n<li><strong>s<\/strong> &ndash; tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny kol\u00edku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pru\u017en\u00e9 kol\u00edky t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho proveden\u00ed podle DIN 1481 \/ ISO 8752 se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed ve jmenovit\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011brech zhruba od <strong>1 mm do 50 mm<\/strong>. V b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 praxi a u v\u011bt\u0161iny dodavatel\u016f jsou nej\u017e\u00e1dan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed velikosti v rozsahu d1 = 1,5 a\u017e 13 mm, k dispozici jsou ale i rozm\u011bry typu DIN 1481-28&#215;120. D\u00e9lky se odstup\u0148ov\u00e1vaj\u00ed po normovan\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch (obdobn\u011b jako u jin\u00fdch kol\u00edk\u016f a \u0161roub\u016f), tak\u017ee lze pokr\u00fdt \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu hloubek ulo\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zkosen\u00ed <em>a<\/em> na konci kol\u00edku roste s pr\u016fm\u011brem &ndash; u nejmen\u0161\u00edch kol\u00edk\u016f se pohybuje v desetin\u00e1ch milimetru, u v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f dosahuje \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b jednotek milimetr\u016f. U pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b od 8 mm v\u00fd\u0161e b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u00e1b\u011bt proveden v\u00fdrazn\u011bji a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i jen na jednom konci.<\/p>\n<h2>Tolerance d\u00edry a princip ulo\u017een\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd rozd\u00edl oproti hladk\u00fdm v\u00e1lcov\u00fdm kol\u00edk\u016fm spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, jak se p\u0159ipravuje d\u00edra. U pru\u017en\u00e9ho kol\u00edku DIN 1481 plat\u00ed, \u017ee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>jmenovit\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br d\u00edry se rovn\u00e1 jmenovit\u00e9mu pr\u016fm\u011bru kol\u00edku d1,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>d\u00edra se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v toleranci H12.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nen\u00ed tedy nutn\u00e9 d\u00edru vystru\u017eovat na p\u0159esnou toleranci jako u v\u00e1lcov\u00fdch kol\u00edk\u016f DIN 7 (s polem h8\/m6). Posta\u010d\u00ed vyvrtan\u00e1 d\u00edra v pom\u011brn\u011b voln\u00e9 toleranci H12, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zjednodu\u0161uje a zlev\u0148uje v\u00fdrobu. Pru\u017enost kol\u00edku rozd\u00edl v rozm\u011bru d\u00edry vykompenzuje.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed pravidlo zn\u00ed: <strong>i p\u0159i vsazen\u00ed do nejmen\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 d\u00edry se dr\u00e1\u017eka kol\u00edku nesm\u00ed zcela uzav\u0159\u00edt.<\/strong> Pokud by se dr\u00e1\u017eka p\u0159i zatlu\u010den\u00ed do nejt\u011bsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00edry zav\u0159ela, kol\u00edk by ztratil radi\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edp\u011bt\u00ed (pru\u017einov\u00fd efekt) a v d\u00ed\u0159e by nedr\u017eel s p\u0159edepsanou silou. Naopak v horn\u00ed polovin\u011b toleran\u010dn\u00edho pole d\u00edry z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 dr\u00e1\u017eka v\u00edce otev\u0159en\u00e1, ale kol\u00edk st\u00e1le dr\u017e\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu p\u0159edp\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spoje nebo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00edry lze pou\u017e\u00edt v\u00edce kol\u00edk\u016f zasunut\u00fdch do sebe (teleskopicky), \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u00fanosnost ve st\u0159ihu a tuhost ulo\u017een\u00ed. Tento princip se uplat\u0148uje zejm\u00e9na u siln\u011b nam\u00e1han\u00fdch spoj\u016f ve stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Materi\u00e1ly a jejich vlastnosti<\/h2>\n<p>Pru\u017en\u00e9 kol\u00edky DIN 1481 se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>pru\u017einov\u00e9 oceli<\/strong> (nap\u0159. 55Si7, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zna\u010den\u00ed 50Mn\/65Mn) &ndash; standardn\u00ed proveden\u00ed, obvykle s \u010dern\u011bn\u00fdm povrchem nebo zinkovan\u00fdm,<\/li>\n<li><strong>korozivzdorn\u00e9 (nerezov\u00e9) oceli<\/strong> &ndash; nej\u010dast\u011bji austenitick\u00e1 nerez t\u0159\u00eddy A2, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b A1 pro prost\u0159ed\u00ed se zv\u00fd\u0161enou korozn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Volba materi\u00e1lu se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm a po\u017eadovanou \u00fanosnost\u00ed. Pro venkovn\u00ed, vlhk\u00e1 a chemicky zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 prost\u0159ed\u00ed vol\u00edme nerezov\u00e1 proveden\u00ed. Pro austenitick\u00e9 nerezov\u00e9 oceli (typu A2\/A4) norma pevnost ve st\u0159ihu neuv\u00e1d\u00ed &ndash; nerezov\u00e1 proveden\u00ed proto obecn\u011b maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a normou negarantovanou \u00fanosnost ve st\u0159ihu oproti pru\u017einov\u00e9 oceli. To je t\u0159eba zohlednit p\u0159i dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed silov\u011b nam\u00e1han\u00fdch spoj\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Pou\u017eit\u00ed pru\u017en\u00fdch kol\u00edk\u016f DIN 1481<\/h2>\n<p>Pru\u017en\u00e9 kol\u00edky se uplat\u0148uj\u00ed v\u0161ude tam, kde je pot\u0159eba rychl\u00e9, levn\u00e9 a spolehliv\u00e9 spojen\u00ed nebo ustaven\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f bez p\u0159esn\u00e9ho obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edry.
