Norma definuje rozm\u011bry, tvar i mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti, materi\u00e1l pak rozhoduje o korozn\u00ed odolnosti a pevnosti. Jednotliv\u00e9 okruhy postupn\u011b rozv\u00e1d\u00edme v detailn\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch, na kter\u00e9 odkazujeme p\u0159\u00edmo v textu.<\/p>\n<h2>DIN a ISO normy spojovac\u00edho materi\u00e1lu<\/h2>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina \u0161roub\u016f, matic a podlo\u017eek na evropsk\u00e9m trhu se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed normami DIN (Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Normung) nebo jejich nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi ekvivalenty ISO. DIN normy jsou v praxi st\u00e1le nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v kataloz\u00edch slou\u017e\u00ed jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed identifik\u00e1tor v\u00fdrobku. ISO normy je postupn\u011b harmonizuj\u00ed a v technick\u00e9 dokumentaci se objevuj\u00ed \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l \u010dast\u011bji. P\u0159i objedn\u00e1vce je proto u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1t vazby mezi ob\u011bma syst\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p>V mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech jsou DIN a ISO v\u00fdrobky rozm\u011brov\u011b shodn\u00e9 a v dod\u00e1vce zam\u011bniteln\u00e9 &ndash; li\u0161\u00ed se jen ozna\u010den\u00edm. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch typ\u016f ale existuj\u00ed drobn\u00e9 odli\u0161nosti v toleranc\u00edch, \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce kl\u00ed\u010de nebo tvaru hlavy, na kter\u00e9 je dobr\u00e9 myslet p\u0159i n\u00e1hrad\u011b st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho d\u00edlu. Pokud m\u00e1te ve v\u00fdkresov\u00e9 dokumentaci uvedenou ISO normu, v katalogu MATAI snadno dohled\u00e1te odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed DIN ekvivalent a naopak. A2 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 oceli 1.4301 (AISI 304) a hod\u00ed se do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho vnit\u0159n\u00edho i venkovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. A4 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 oceli 1.4401 (AISI 316) s p\u0159\u00eddavkem molybdenu, kter\u00fd v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje odolnost proti chlorid\u016fm &ndash; tedy mo\u0159sk\u00e9 vod\u011b, baz\u00e9nov\u00e9 chemii a posypov\u00fdm sol\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u011b oceli jsou austenitick\u00e9, nemagnetick\u00e9 (po tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee vznikat slab\u00fd magnetismus) a velmi dob\u0159e sva\u0159iteln\u00e9. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd rozd\u00edl je v korozn\u00ed odolnosti: zat\u00edmco A2 si bez probl\u00e9m\u016f porad\u00ed s de\u0161t\u011bm, vzdu\u0161nou vlhkost\u00ed i potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm provozem, A4 odol\u00e1v\u00e1 i agresivn\u00edm chlorid\u016fm, kde by A2 \u010dasem vykazovala bodovou korozi.
